Shipping & Delivery Policy

Motivo Fixtures ships all clinical modules fully assembled via secure LTL freight to ensure they arrive ready for business. Please note that LTL freight costs are NOT included in the initial purchase price. Once your order is placed, our team will calculate the best shipping rate based on your clinic's location and any special requirements (such as lift-gate delivery). We will send a separate freight invoice, and your module will be dispatched as soon as that invoice is cleared.

Returns & Refunds

Because our clinical modules are hand-built, commercial-grade fixtures shipped fully assembled, we cannot accept standard returns for buyer's remorse. We do, however, stand by our craftsmanship. If your module arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please note the damage on the freight driver's delivery receipt before signing, and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to repair or replace the unit immediately.
