At Motivo, our clinical modules are custom-built to your specific configurations. Because each unit is manufactured to order, we have established the following policy:
Custom-Built Orders: All orders for 48-inch and 72-inch Clinical Modules are final once production begins.
Cancellation Window: Cancellations are only accepted prior to the start of the manufacturing process.
Manufacturing Defects: We stand behind our "glue-and-screw" joinery and industrial hardware. If a component is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will provide the necessary replacement parts or repair solutions.
Shipping Damage: As noted in our Shipping Policy, please inspect your delivery immediately. Damage during transit must be reported to the carrier and Motivo within 24 hours of receipt to ensure a proper claim can be filed.
